Rewriting My Start

My name is Lauren Mendelsohn and I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2020. I am the host of Our Strength Within. Over the course of this podcast I’d like to bring you along on this journey. I want to bring comfort to those going through something similar, share awareness about epilepsy and other invisible illnesses and shed light on the stresses brought to caregivers.In this episode, I share a bit more about my personal life, family and interests. I also discuss a medical episode I had in 2019, which may in fact have been my first seizure.
